CHAOS

In December 07 I put together a project with a few friends, and the end result is here:

CHAOS is a graphic novel anthology lovingly created by 14 friends, designed by 3, and edited by 1. It's also now available for sale online!

visit http://see-two.com/chaos/ to check it out.

In other news, I just spent like 20 minutes cursing at this site for not being fixed, when I realized I hadn't cleared my browser cache. Man.

Musics

Just listing off a few songs I'm listening to right now. That's real-bloggish, right?

Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger
Strokes - Reptilia
Los Campesinos - You!Me!Dancing!
Arch Enemy - Dead Eyes See No Future
Stills - Of Montreal

In other news, working on an introspective autobiographical thingy for school. Something in the direction of Craig Thompson's Blankets, though far shorter. It looks to be a great deal of fun. Post coming.

Back into Animation

I decided, for our ongoing assignment class, to put together an animation. Those of you that have known me for a while know that I started in animation before coming to illustration, and this kind of reveals that the love for it hasn't faded entirely. Anyway, this is a little concept piece (and preliminary layout) for how things are going to play out. What you see here is approximately the way the animation will look (just, you know, moving.)

Design - MADD Poster

Poster for MADD, done for Jill Dallas' 4th year Graphic Design class. Struggled a bit with getting a decent concept for this one, but eventually this idea became a lot of fun to execute.

Self-directed piece. Adventuring is pretty much the greatest activity ever.

Evergreen: Schools

Evergreen (www.evergreen.ca) is an organization dedicated to bringing flora back to the city. This particular piece is my contribution to a group campaign, focusing on schoolyards.

There's supposed to be a fence/vines in the foreground, but I thought the art without it was worth posting.

Private and Public Investigation

A poster design for Sheridan's Private and Public Investigation program. This is one of the things that I'd totally do after my current program, if only I had the money.
